Arcrcesio has been the head chef of Rraci’s Italian Restaurant from day one. He oversees the kitchen to include menu planning, food preparation, supplies, quality of service, safety, and staff. He ensures the meals are cooked and seasoned properly and that they are pleasing to the eye. The food at Rraci’s is an interesting blend of both traditional and innovative Italian cuisine. All our pasta’s and desserts are made daily in the back of the house.

Lari, our long-time executive pastry chef, is famous for his award-winning soufflé at Rraci’s Restaurant. His pastry style is focused on creating desserts that are full of flavor using only the freshest ingredients. He possesses an artistic ability in making all the desserts appealing to the eye. As with his soufflés, he takes great pride in presenting all his desserts that are flavorful and designed to delight. A perfect ending to a perfect evening.
