Lari, our long-time executive pastry chef, is famous for his award-winning soufflé at Rraci’s Restaurant. His pastry style is focused on creating desserts that are full of flavor using only the freshest ingredients. He possesses an artistic ability in making all the desserts appealing to the eye. As with his soufflés, he takes great pride in presenting all his desserts that are flavorful and designed to delight. A perfect ending to a perfect evening.
